Welcome to Edition #037 of Outpost Alert!
3 new outposts to report, all to no-ones surprise, are in focused around getting the magic 3 in one constellation.
Quite a few new things going on with developments. The most interesting was Razors roller-coaster ride of loosing all sov and outposts, to regain 3 new outposts in the last week.
It's been a 3 weeks since the last newsletter, as I've been busy keeping the site updated and re-coding to support multiple sov levels and the new EvE XML. You'll notice all alliances are also listed, the charts of history and increase in the number of alliance logos.
