In this report: Blood Raiders Alliance and Rule of Three built their first outposts, both choosing to be first in two separate Revelations regions.

Developments:

BOB proceeded with their annexing of ASCN outposts in Feythabolis, securing their top place with 36 outposts, more than double that LV (16) and D2 (15). ASCN now have 1 Outpost.

BOB annexed all of Prime Orbital System's outposts in Esoteria, knocking POS off the rankings.
The interesting part comes looking at the new BOB annexed space is divided:

Executive Outcomes control a Refinery Esoteria.

R i s e control a Caldari research station in Feythabolis

Southern Connection, formed by the same character as the BoB alliance, control a Refinery in Feythabolis

AWE Corp kept their refinery and factory in Feythabolis, switching from ASCN to Intrepid Crossing alliance.

CORM kept their Feythabolis refinery, creating a new alliance called Red Moon Federation

BOB have transfered A Factory and Refinery outpost in Esoteria to Miners with Attitude, retaining the other 3 stations.
Meanwhile ..
ISS lost 4 stations on two fronts:

D2 conquered all the ISS outposts in Pure Blind.

IAC reclaimed their Gallente outpost in F4R2-Q in Catch, and captured the Gallente outpost famously known as 'ISS Marginis', renaming it to an amusing 'IAC Martinis'.

Schism now control the P-2TTL outpost in Pure Blind, handed-over from D2 above.
And last but not least, while you're busy looking for a Tin Foil [HAT..], BOB moved 18 Outposts into their alliance holding corp of exactly that name.
