This week saw a boom in construction, with 3 new refineries and 2 new factory outposts built.

<K> Ka-Tet set the record of being the first to build an outpost in the regions, with both a Refinery and Factory in the same week. A strong start for the 2 month old alliance.

Similary, it was a week for conquest with 6 outposts changing alliance hands.

Developments:

GoonSwarm knocked Veritas Immortalis off the rankings this week, taking hold of every outpost in Scalding Pass. GoonSwarm now ranks 8th.

BOB continued the push into ASCN territory, taking C9N-CC in Esoteria. ASCN are now in tied 2nd place with Lotka Volterra.

BOB conquered a Prime Orbital refinery in Estoteria. BOB Now how the 1st place in the rankings by a lead of 9 outposts.

Against All Authorities now control 1 of only 3 caldari research outposts in the universe, formely under management of Axiom Empire in Impass.

ISS removed a Gallente Administrative outpost from IAC control in Catch.

Freelancer Alliance made an internal move of their refinery in Deklein from BGG to [AHE]. BGG Left the Alliance.

UShra'Khan made the second internal move in as many weeks, transferring control of the refinery to [KHHA].
