Developments:
In an interesting move, former Chimera Pact corp [W-I-N] has left the alliance and the outpost in Immensea//20-EEW is now in hands of the Chimera Pact corp, 3B LEGIO IX.

R I S E lost the XZH-4X station in Cloud Ring to Steele Vipers new Alliance 'YouWhat'.
