Welcome to Edition #004 of Outpost Alert!

Two alliances built for the first time this week.

Developments:
<LV> lost an outpost to <RED>, and dropped to 3rd rank.

[NAGA]<BLUE> lost control of their only Factory Outpost in Geminate.

Alliance Logos will be added to the website and newletters from edition #005 onwards.

I'm considering adding an Alliance Development Index to the site, composed of Outpost, Sov Systems and Membership Count.

Would this be something you'd use?
